Customer can cancel their order by following policies.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
  2. In the case of a cancellation, any payment made will be refunded in full within 3-5 business days.
  3. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as the products will already have been shipped.
  4. If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return and exchange process.
  5. If the customer wishes to return a product for any other reason, they may do so within 14 days of receiving the product.
  6. To initiate a return, the customer must contact customer support via email or phone to obtain a return authorization number.
  7. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund.
  8. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.
  9. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the product, unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.
  10. Customized or personalized products are non-refundable.
